What does Full-Service Design include and how much does it cost?
Start by filling out the contact form on this site. Full-Service Design is an all-inclusive interior design package. It begins with in-depth consultation and site analysis. From there we begin space planning and concept development with careful attention to the interior elements of the space. Along the way there will be client/designer meetings to make sure the look and function of your space is progressing as you wish. A series of drawings will help you visualize the plan come to life. Depending on the project, these drawings may include floor plans, elevations, reflected ceiling plans, and 3D renderings. Once the final space plan is in place we begin exploring hard and soft finishes. With careful consideration of your budget we make selections that bring color and style to your space. These selections are presented in various finish schedules. It is at this point in the process that you will want to gather bids from contractors or job specific trades. Once construction is underway, I help facilitate ordering of materials and furnishings and receive all deliveries. I also collaborate with your architect and contractors to ensure the design is being executed according to plan.
I am there to help navigate any issues that come up and coordinate the many moving parts of the project from beginning to end. This oversight is critical to a successful project and it is my goal to make the process as stress-free as possible for you.
The fee for Full-Service Design is based on the scope of the project and size of the space(s). The fee is typically broken up into payments according to project milestones.
